Air and land packages include round-trip airfare for two, transfers, and accommodations in a standard hotel room (unless otherwise noted).PVC will finance a maximum of two persons per financed vacation package. All expenses incurred by additional travelers must be paid in full at the time your reservation is confirmed. Financed vacation packages include a standard hotel room using the properties listed on our website. Based on availability, we can arrange your package to include premium features such as an upgraded room category, a suite, an ocean view, car rental, attraction tickets or travel insurance. The additional cost incurred for these upgrades must be prepaid in full at the time of booking and is non-financed. Accommodations listed on our website are based on availability and may be substituted with comparable hotels at the discretion of PVC Travel.
Land-only packages include accommodations in a one or two bedroom condominium for 8 days / 7 nights at resorts worldwide. Listed accommodations are based on availability, may be substituted with comparable resorts at the discretion of PVC Travel. Pricing is subject to change, and is based on a per unit, per week basis. Check-in days are limited to a Friday, Saturday or Sunday based on the selected resort. Land-Only reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Cruise packages include shipboard accommodations in an inside or outside stateroom (unless otherwise stated), entertainment, daily activities, on-board meals, selected beverages, port charges, and more. It does not include airfare, airport transportation, shore excursions, personal expenses, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, or government fees and taxes.
Rates and availability are subject to change without notice or obligation at any time prior to the confirmation of your vacation package by a PVC Travel Coordinator. Rate increases and black out dates may apply due to conventions, holidays and other heavily trafficked times.
Based on the selected destination, we offer financing for three night, four night, five night, six night or seven night vacations. Additional nights may be added to our air and land packages only. This portion of your reservation is non-financed and must be paid at the time your reservation is confirmed.
You may arrange a vacation package for one traveler, but must submit your initial deposit based on double occupancy. The difference in the single supplement package price will reflect in your financed balance.
Cancellations to existing reservations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee PLUS any additional fees required by the travel provider, cruise line, airline or hotel. Amendments made to existing reservations are subject to a $100.00 change fee PLUS any additional costs associated with the revised itinerary required by the travel provider, cruise line, airline or hotel. Penalties associated with the cancellation or amendment to an existing reservation vary, and will be determined by the policies of the travel provider, cruise line, airline or hotel included in your vacation package. The majority of our air and land packages contain airfare that is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable. For questions regarding the policies that pertain to your personal vacation package, please contact your Travel Coordinator.
In order to protect your travel investment, we strongly suggest that you contact an independent insurance carrier or one that is offered through our vendors. Travel insurance is not included in our packages, but can be added as a non-financed upgrade to the majority of our vacation options. We recommend discussing travel insurance with your Travel Coordinator prior to confirming your vacation.
We recommend that you reconfirm flight times directly with your airline carrier 24 hours prior to departure. Air travelers are required to check in at least 2 hours prior to departure time and must report to the gate at least 20 minutes prior to departure time. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in the loss of the seat to another passenger.
Effective 12/31/05, there will be significant changes in identification requirements for international travel. To review these changes, and determine the requirements for your destination, please visit the Transportation Security Administration’s website at www.tsa.gov. For information on obtaining a passport, U.S. Citizens can visit the State Department’s consular website at www.travel.state.gov or contact the National Passport Information Center at (877) 487-2778. Married or divorced women traveling under names other than what appears on their travel documents must supply a marriage license and/or divorce decree. Single parents traveling with children will require special documentation. If the client is not a U.S. citizen, we recommend that they check with the consulate of the country they are traveling to for full entry requirements (Visas may be required in addition to passports). All passengers are now required to carry some form of official photo identification. Requirements may change so we recommend that any immigration requirements be verified with the tourist office or consulate before confirming your vacation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IF IMPROPER DOCUMENTATION RESULTS IN DENIED BOARDING OR ENTRY.
Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. PVC, Inc. urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac and www.customs.gov. By offering travel to particular international destinations, PVC, Inc. does not guarantee that is advisable or without risk, and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
Membership is available to U.S. residents that are over 18 years of age and have a combined household income of over $2,200 per month, a valid U.S. checking account for a minimum of six months, paid the required fees for enrollment and have agreed to the Membership Terms and Conditions. Members with a signed credit agreement may not cancel their membership until the financed balance is paid in full. Membership fees incurred during this time must be paid, and will not be prorated or refunded.
The amount of credit extended to you shall not exceed $3,000 at any given time. The maximum financed balance for your selected vacation package is determined by the total package price and your payment history with PVC. In order to request an additional financed vacation request with an outstanding travel balance, you must complete six consecutive monthly payments and maintain a positive payment history. Your request will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of the Finance Manager. You may submit one Trip Quote per household for each financed vacation request.
To initiate a vacation request, please mail a copy of your Trip Quote, the applicable deposit and your supporting documentation to: Players Vacation Club, Inc. Attn: Travel Services Department 501 W. Broadway Plaza A, Suite 321 San Diego, CA 92101. We must receive your request no later than 45 days prior to your departure date to qualify for our financing program. A Vacation Specialist will contact you upon receipt of your request to gather additional information and discuss your vacation options.
A deposit of 20% - 30% is required to initiate a financed vacation request, and is fully refundable prior to the confirmation of your vacation package. Once your reservation is confirmed, your right to a refund of this deposit is limited. In order to expedite your travel plans, please enclose a cashiers check or money order for your deposit. All personal checks are subject to a (7-10) day hold. Once your request has been received in our office, a Vacation Specialist will arrange an itinerary based on your specific travel requirements and departure location. An additional deposit may be required and will be determined by the total cost of your customized itinerary.

Payment terms for financed vacation packages are determined by the total amount of credit requested, and will not exceed 18 months. Requests for a permanent revision to the terms of a signed credit agreement must be submitted in writing to the Travel Department and approved by the Finance Manager.
Members requesting credit from PVC, Inc. agree that all payments required under the terms of their credit agreement will be electronically debited on a monthly basis directly from their checking account. Members must immediately notify the Travel Department of any changes to their bank account information that would affect a scheduled monthly payment. Any modifications to scheduled debit dates or a payment amount must be submitted to the Travel Department a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the existing transaction.
In an effort to protect consumers against identify theft and fraud; Players Vacation Club requires personal documentation of our program qualifications to accompany your Trip Quote.
Please include the following documentation with your Trip Quote and deposit. Do not include original documents, as they will not be returned to you.
1. A copy of your Social Security card OR a copy of your pay stub or a State-Issued I.D. that contains your Social Security number
2. A copy of your valid Driver’s License, State-Issued I.D. or Military I.D
3. A copy of a recent Pay Stub OR a copy of your taxes from the previous year (Form 1040)
4. A copy of a recent Utility Bill
5. A voided Personal Check
These documents allow us to confirm your eligibility for our financing program, verify your identity, and approve your interest-free line of credit without a credit check. Vacation financing is subject to approval by the Players Vacation Club Finance Department. Additional documentation to verify identity, employment status, or residency may be requested at the discretion of the Finance Manager. Providing incorrect or misleading information will result in the immediate termination of membership, the forfeiture of all membership fees paid, and permanent ineligibility for any of our financing programs.
All purchases are interest free.
PVC shall have no liability in regard to any services provided by any vendor. You agree that any claim with regard to travel services shall be made against the vendor of such services and not PVC; PVC's sole obligation hereunder shall be to forward to the vendor all payments for services ordered and forward to you all the necessary travel documents. The hotels, carriers and other travel providers, which supply services in connection with these vacations, are independent contractors and are not agents of PVC. All coupons, receipts, passes, and tickets issued by hotels, carriers and other suppliers are issued on the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. PVC does not have the authority to alter those terms. PVC is not responsible for personal injuries, loss or damage of property, inconvenience or expense resulting from matters beyond its control, such as, acts of terrorism, defects in vehicles, breakdowns in equipment, government actions, strikes, theft, changes in itinerary or schedules, inclement weather and acts of God. PVC may, in its sole judgment, make any changes and cancellations to vacation programs and schedules that it believes necessary. Individual programs and travel benefits within the PVC membership program may be subject to separate terms and conditions and may be altered or substituted with products or services of equal or better value without prior notice to a member.
California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. Players Vacation Club has a trust account. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. This business is a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC). You, the passenger, may request reimbursement from TCRC if you are owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which was not refunded in a timely manner. The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRC to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel, not to exceed $15,000. A claim must be submitted to the TCRC within six months after the scheduled completion date of the travel. A claim must include sufficient information and documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee. You must agree to waive your right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a claim with the TCRC, if you were located in California at the time of the sale. If you are located outside of California this transaction is not covered by the TCRC.
