01.What is required to join the Vacation Club?
Our Vacation Finance Program is available to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older with a minimum combined household income over $2,200 per month, a valid checking account of at least six months, payment of all enrollment fees and agreement to the Membership Terms and Conditions.

 02.Will a credit check be required to determine eligibility for membership?
A credit check is not required for membership in Players Vacation Club. Qualifying documentation is required to verify your identity and confirm your eligibility for financing. Qualifying documentation includes copies of:

1. Most recent pay stub
2. Drivers license or state issued ID
3. Current utility bill
4. Social Security card (required for Credit Bureau reporting)
5. Voided personal check

 03.Will a reservation deposit be required?
A deposit of 20% - 40% of the total vacation package cost is required on all financed vacation packages. This amount is determined by the total cost of the vacation package, your qualifying documentation and your payment history with Players Vacation Club. This deposit is required to process your Travel Request and is fully refundable until your vacation package is confirmed. After confirmed reservations are secured, your right to a refund of this deposit amount is limited.

 04.What vacation destination can I finance?

 05.How do I book a vacation package?
Simply choose a Vacation Package, Resort Condominium, Hotel, or Cruise, and submit a Travel Request along with the qualifying documentation required. Once approved, a Travel Specialist will contact you directly to assist in confirming your vacation package.See Package Options

 06.How do I pay my vacation package deposit?
In order to expedite your travel request and secure the best availability, we recommended you make your reservation deposit by Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Major credit cards and debit cards can be used on select reservations. Personal check is also accepted, however are subject to a 7-10 day hold period.

 07.How soon can I begin my vacation arrangements?
Once you have joined Players Vacation Club and have received your permanent member identification number you can submit a Travel Request. A minimum of 45 days advance notice prior to trip departure is required to qualify for financing on all travel requests.

 08.How will financing with PVC help my credit rating?
We report all payment activity to Trans Union, a major credit agency. By participating in our program and making all required payments, you can build or improve your credit rating.

 09.How many travelers can be included in a financed vacation package?
Financing is available for a maximum of two travelers per vacation package. Any additional travelers must pay in full at time reservations are confirmed. Single supplements are available on many packages at an additional charge. Due to strict regulations and specific deposit requirements for group travel, group reservations cannot be financed.

 10.Can I finance a hotel stay only?
Financing is not available on hotel only bookings. Hotel accommodations can be reserved through our hotel reservation system and you will receive our “Best Rate Guarantee”. Your full payment is made directly at the hotel upon check-out

 11.Can I finance airline tickets only?
Airline tickets can only be financed as part of a vacation package that includes hotel accommodations. See Vacation Packages for a list of participating hotels.

 12.Are there any Member benefits for reserving hotels through PVC?
Members will receive the “Best Rate Guarantee” and as an added benefit will receive an additional 5% rebate on participating hotel reservations. You will confirm your hotel accommodations through our system and make full payment directly at the hotel upon check-out.

 13.How do I get my Membership Exclusive 5% hotel rebate?
Members receive a 5% rebate on participating hotel reservations reserved through our system. Simply confirm your hotel accommodations through our system and make full payment directly at the hotel upon check-out. Four to six weeks after travel is completed and hotel commissions have been received, your rebate check will be sent.

 14.Do I have to be a PVC member to get the “Best Rate Guarantee” on a hotel room?
PVC membership is not required to reserve your hotel accommodations through our hotel reservation system. You can confirm your room through our system for the “Best Rate Guarantee” and make full payment directly at the hotel upon check-out.

 15.Can I add a car rental, theme park admission tickets or upgrade my hotel accommodations with my vacation package?
Premium packages can be arranged to include upgraded room accommodations or suites, car rentals, attraction tickets and travel insurance. Additional costs for upgraded features must be paid in full at time of booking and cannot be financed.

 16.What airline carriers are available with my vacation package?
All major commercial airline carriers are offered subject to availability. A Travel Specialist will select the airline carrier based on price and preferred schedule and routing. Any specific airline carrier request should be notated on your Travel Request Form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

 17.Are there any age restrictions when booking a cruise package?
All cruise lines require one person in the stateroom be at least 21 years of age. No exceptions.

 18.Can Resort Condo stays be booked for less than 7 nights?
All Resort Packages are for an 8-day / 7-night stay and are limited to Friday and Saturday arrivals.

 19.Can I book airfare with my Resort Condo stay or my cruise package?
Airfare is not included on financed resort packages or cruises.

 20.Is there a maximum amount of people I can book in a condo?
A maximum of 4 guests are allowed in one-bedroom accommodations. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed in two-bedroom accommodations.

 21.How do I make my payments for my financed vacation package?
A monthly payment in the amount outlined in your Travel Credit Contract Agreement will be electronically debited from your checking account.

 22.Are there any penalties for early pay off on my vacation package?
You may pay off your balance or make additional monthly payments at any time with no penalties.

 23.Can I finance multiple vacation packages?
Only one financed vacation package is allowed per six month period. Once payments have been made for six consecutive months on your current Travel Credit Contract Agreement, you can submit a Travel Request for an additional financed vacation package. Your Travel Request will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of the Finance Manager.

 24.Can I finance a vacation package as a gift?
You may confirm and finance a vacation package as a gift. All paperwork on the travel documentation must be in the legal names of the travelers and all restrictions will apply. The Travel Credit Contract Agreement will be in your name and all payments made under the terms of your membership.

 25.Will I need a passport to travel?
For U.S. citizens traveling within the United States, a government issued photo ID is required. International travel entry requirements vary in each country. Please review the State Department’s travel website at www.travel.state.gov for the most accurate travel document requirements. A copy of valid passports and/or visas may be required before reservations are confirmed.
